Kadir Özkaya re-elected as Deputy President of the Constitutional Court
The decision regarding the re-election of Kadir Özkaya as Deputy President of the Constitutional Court (AYM) was published in the Official Gazette with the signature of AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan.
In accordance with Article 146 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and Article 12 of Law No. 6216 on the Establishment and Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court, the decision regarding the re-election of Kadir Özkaya as Deputy President of the Constitutional Court in the election held on March 5, 2024, was included in today's issue of the Official Gazette.
Özkaya was previously elected as Deputy President of the Constitutional Court in the elections held on March 12, 2020, replacing Recep Kömürcü, who retired due to the age limit.
