Turkish Airlines (THY) has announced that they will be hiring 5,000 personnel. The application requirements for THY's recruitment have also been clarified.

THY WILL HIRE STAFF WITH HIGH SALARIES

Turkish Airlines has announced that applications for the 5,000-person recruitment drive have begun. So, how will you apply for THY personnel recruitment? Who can work within THY and under what conditions?

Young people who dream of working in the aviation sector have until March 10, 2024, to apply for the THY job posting.

THY will be hiring both full-time personnel and part-time personnel from among university students.

PART-TIME STUDENT RECRUITMENT WILL BE CONDUCTED

Within the scope of the THY Take-Off 101 program, an opportunity is being offered to 3rd and 4th-year university students. Those born on or after January 1, 1998, and those who are expected to graduate from a 4-year university in 2025 are eligible to apply for this posting. Candidates are expected to have a good command of English. The institution has previously stated that it will subject candidates to an English proficiency exam.

It is stated that candidates must be prepared for a 30-hour work week and will work at least 2 days a week. The work will take place at THY's Istanbul Headquarters.

Final-year or newly graduated candidates are also required to have an advanced level of English. Candidates must not have previously worked in any branch of THY. Final-year students are expected to be in a position to graduate by September 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

For candidates born after January 1, 1990, requirements to have graduated from specific departments will be sought. These departments include at least 4-year university programs in engineering, management information systems, statistics, statistics and computer sciences, mathematics, labor economics and industrial relations, economics, business administration, finance, financial economics, econometrics, finance, international finance, international trade and economic management, banking, finance, and aviation management.

A good command of English is also required in this field. Applications close on February 27.

Second pilot candidates will be hired for training from among those born before December 31, 2003, and after January 1, 1994. Certain physical requirements are sought from candidates. Candidates must not be shorter than 160 cm or taller than 195 cm. Their body mass index is expected to be between 20 and 30.

Second pilot candidates must have completed their military service or committed to a military service deferment of at least 2 years from the date training begins, must not have been dismissed from any institution due to disciplinary issues, and must not have worked in any other position within THY.
