Minister Tunç: Decision to establish 29 Administrative Courts and 15 Tax Courts has entered into force
Minister of Justice Tunç announced that the decision to establish 29 Administrative Courts and 15 Tax Courts has been published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force.
Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç, in a post on his social media account X, stated that the decision to establish 29 Administrative Courts and 15 Tax Courts in Ankara, Istanbul, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Şanlıurfa, and Van has been published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force, with the aim of accelerating citizens' access to justice services and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the judiciary.
Tunç expressed his hope that the 44 newly established Administrative and Tax Courts will be beneficial to the judicial organization.
