Ministry of Justice to hire 15 thousand personnel

Akın Gürlek announced in a statement on his social media account that a total of 15 thousand contract personnel will be hired for the justice organization.

Minister Gürlek stated that the recruitment process announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will be completed within 2026.

RECRUITMENT TO BE MADE IN 44 DIFFERENT TITLES

Expressing in his post that the application process has been initiated for assignments in the central and provincial organizations, Gürlek said, “We are issuing a call for the recruitment of a total of 15 thousand contract personnel to be assigned to our central and provincial organizations. We will further strengthen our organization's human resources by completing these recruitments within 2026.”

STAFF DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCED

It was reported that the recruitments to be made within the Ministry of Justice will include the employment of 5 thousand 259 court clerks, 4 thousand 508 correctional officers, 1 thousand 300 support staff, 1 thousand 41 bailiffs, 900 enforcement clerks, 524 protection and security officers, 410 psychologists, 322 technicians, 316 office staff, 286 nurses, and 90 social workers.

Gürlek also stated that personnel will be recruited in a total of 44 different titles, adding, “I hope this will be beneficial for our justice organization, our judicial community, and our nation.”
