New appointment decision for Competition Board membership
Ayşe Ergezen has been appointed as a member of the Competition Board by the signature of President Erdoğan.
The Official Gazette published the decision, which stated: "In accordance with articles 22 and 23 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054 and articles 2, 3, and 7 of Presidential Decree No. 3, Ayşe Ergezen has been appointed as a member of the Competition Board."
WHO IS AYŞE ERGEZEN?
Ayşe Ergezen, who also served as Deputy Undersecretary at the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, was born in 1980 in Gönen, Balıkesir. She graduated from Boğaziçi University's Department of Management Information Systems in 2004.
She received international business education at Jönköping University in Sweden. She completed her master's degree in Global Politics at Bahçeşehir University. She worked in management at Finansbank. She was elected as a municipal council member for the Ümraniye district of Istanbul. In March 2016, Ayşe Ergezen was appointed as Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies.
