Presidency of Migration Management is hiring personnel

The Ministry of Interior's Presidency of Migration Management will conduct a two-stage examination, consisting of written and oral parts, for those who wish to become Assistant Provincial Migration Experts.

Applications for the Entrance Examination will be made online between December 19, 2023, and December 28, 2023, via e-Government, the Presidency of Migration Management-Career Gate Public Recruitment, or the Career Gate (https://isealimkariyer kapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) website.

The written examination will be administered by the Ankara Social Sciences University on behalf of the Presidency of Migration Management. The oral examination will be conducted by the Presidency of Migration Management.

EXAMINATION APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1- To meet the general requirements specified in Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657,

2- To have graduated from Law, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or Economics and Administrative Sciences faculties providing at least 4 years of education, or from domestic or foreign higher education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education,

3- Provided that they have received a score of 70 (seventy) or higher in any of the KPSSP6, KPSSP7, KPSSP16, KPSSP21, KPSSP26, KPSSP29, KPSSP30, KPSSP31, KPSSP32, KPSSP36, or KPSSP41 score types from the Public Personnel Selection Examinations (KPSS) conducted by ÖSYM in 2022 or 2023; as a result of ranking the applicants starting from the highest score, to be among the candidates up to twenty times the number of Assistant Provincial Migration Experts to be recruited (candidates with the same score as the last candidate will also be invited to the written examination),

4- Not to have completed the age of 35 (thirty-five) as of January 1, 2024,

EXAMINATION APPLICATION

- Applications for the Entrance Examination will be made online between December 19, 2023, and December 28, 2023, via e-Government, the Presidency of Migration Management-Career Gate Public Recruitment, or the Career Gate (https://isealimkariyer kapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) website; applications that do not meet the conditions specified in the announcement and applications not made within the time limit will not be taken into consideration. Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted.

2- During the application, graduation information, KPSS score, and residence information will be retrieved via e-Government, and information that cannot be accessed via e-Government will be declared and uploaded.

3- Whether candidates are eligible to take the written part of the entrance examination will be announced on the Presidency's website (www.goc.gov.tr) in a way that each candidate can see their own result. In addition, candidates will be able to view information regarding their examinations via the Career Gate. No other notification will be made to the candidates.

4- Candidates who are eligible to take the examination will deposit the examination fee of 100.00 TL (One Hundred Turkish Liras) as a contribution for the performance of examination services between January 8, 2024, and January 14, 2024, into the IBAN account number TR83 0001 2009 4110 0044 0000 26 at Halkbank Ankara Anıt Branch, belonging to the Ankara Social Sciences University Revolving Fund Management, by specifying the candidate's name, surname, Turkish ID number, and the name of the examination (Assistant Provincial Migration Expert Examination) in the description section.

5- Candidates who are eligible to take the examination but do not pay the examination fee will not be able to take the examination. The fees paid by candidates who do not take or cannot take the examination, who are not admitted to the examination or are removed from the examination, who do not succeed in the examination, or whose examination is deemed invalid will not be refunded. 6- The responsibility for the information provided by the candidates in the application belongs to them. The candidate will be responsible for the consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect, and/or erroneous information. If it is determined that a candidate's declaration does not correspond to the truth, this candidate will lose all rights obtained from this examination, regardless of the time elapsed.
