Published in the Official Gazette: 4,303 judges and public prosecutors reassigned

The decision of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) regarding the reassignment of 4,340 judges, prosecutors, and court members and presidents has been published in the Official Gazette.

With the appointment decisions of the HSK published in the Official Gazette, the positions of a total of 4,340 judges, prosecutors, and court members and presidents have been changed.

With the HSK decision dated 18.01.2024 and numbered 92, published in the Official Gazette, appointments were made to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Offices of 4 provinces. With the decision, Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor Zafer Koç was appointed to the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Ankara Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Mustafa Gökçe to the Ankara West Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Ankara West Chief Public Prosecutor Gökhan Karaköse to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, and Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Yakup Ali Kahveci to the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

With the decision dated 21.02.2024 and numbered 253, which appeared in the Official Gazette, the positions of 37 judges and prosecutors were changed, while with the decision dated 13.06.2024 and numbered 820, appointments were made to 4,009 positions for judges, prosecutors, and members and presidents of courthouses and High Criminal Courts.

With the decision dated the same day and numbered 821, assignments were made to 290 Administrative and Tax Court memberships and presidencies.
