Published in the Official Gazette: Regulations on defense, energy, and agriculture from Erdoğan

According to the decrees signed by AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and published in the Official Gazette, certain immovable properties within the scope of the "154 kV (Kula-Alaşehir) Brş.N-İzdemir Land SPP Transmission Line Project" and the "154 kV Çoruh Transformer Station Site and Additional Road Route Project" will be subject to urgent expropriation by the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ).

It was also decided to urgently expropriate immovable properties needed for the construction of certain natural gas pipeline and hot-tap point projects, as well as certain immovable properties within the borders of the Cihadiye and Fatih neighborhoods in the Yeşilyurt district of Malatya.

The boundaries of the area designated as the Adana Yumurtalık Ceyhan Industrial Zone were also indicated. The boundaries of the Zonguldak Technology Development Zone were modified.

The boundaries and coordinates of the area designated as the Ataşehir Extension Area for the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and Turkish-German University Technology Development Zone were indicated.

In the field of agriculture, it was decided to carry out land consolidation and in-field development services in certain locations in Çanakkale, Balıkesir, and Kastamonu.

It was decided to increase the capital allocated to the Revolving Fund Enterprises of the Ministry of National Defense to 200 million liras.

It was decided to put into effect the attached decision regarding the redetermination of the special consumption tax bases that form the basis for the special consumption tax rates of certain goods included in the list attached to the Special Consumption Tax Law.

The procedures and principles regarding the procurement of goods and services to be carried out by the Ministry of National Defense within the scope of Clause (n) of Article 3 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 were determined.

Approval was also granted for certain decisions of the Privatization Administration regarding sales and zoning changes.
