ChatGPT can now be used without an account! But there is a catch...

According to a report in Webtekno, OpenAI has eliminated the mandatory account creation requirement, allowing everyone to use ChatGPT; however, access for users without an OpenAI account will be limited. The new system is currently available in certain regions, and users will be able to use ChatGPT without a dedicated OpenAI account. ChatGPT will use the data obtained during conversations to improve its models, but users will be able to opt out of data collection if they wish. To do this, it will be sufficient to click the question mark button on the screen and revoke permissions regarding data collection.

Users will be able to interact directly with the AI chatbot without the need to log in. However, the capabilities of this bot will be more limited than the standard free version. OpenAI stated that the content creation capacity of the non-subscription model will be more restricted. Additionally, the company issued a statement saying, "Logged-out experiences will benefit from existing safety measures. In addition, there will be additional safety protections against inappropriate content." This statement did not provide further information regarding the process or the safety measures.
