Complaints about the iPhone 17 do not end

Apple's latest smartphone model, the iPhone 17, is drawing backlash from users due to various technical issues, beyond the expected innovations. Device owners state that they are having difficulty downloading the AI-based Apple Intelligence features.

Users express that key functions such as Genmoji, Image Playground, and Writing Tools cannot be downloaded and therefore cannot be used. It is reported that the system gives an error during the download process and it cannot be completed. Although Apple support teams state that they are aware of this issue, it is not yet clear what steps will be taken for a resolution.

It is known that Apple is working on the iOS 26.0.1 update and testing the iOS 26.1 beta version, which aims to offer Apple Intelligence to a wider user base. Users hope that these issues will be resolved with these updates.

However, the Apple Intelligence access issue is not the only problem with the iPhone 17. Hardware and connectivity issues are also drawing attention, particularly in the iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Pro models. Users are reporting various problems such as scratches on the devices, camera malfunctions, and disconnections in WiFi and CarPlay connections.
