Subscription system coming to WhatsApp

WhatsApp Plus subscribers will be able to choose from 14 new icons for the application, as well as different colors and themes, and will also be able to change their chat notification experience with custom ringtones. The core functions of WhatsApp, such as sending messages, making voice and video calls, media sharing, and group chats, will continue to be offered to all users for free. This new subscription package will be completely optional; those who wish can switch to Plus at any time.

Regarding the new feature, the date when WhatsApp Plus will be made available and the monthly subscription fee have not yet been clarified. The platform is expected to roll out this feature for both Android and iOS operating systems.
