The world's first wireless television is going on sale! How much will it cost?

The CES 2025 event continues to deliver exciting new technologies and product announcements, just as it does every year. The Displace TV, which was introduced at CES 2023 last year, had attracted significant attention. This television, which can operate wirelessly and is powered by a battery, was able to attach to flat surfaces thanks to the vacuum technology on its back. The world's first wireless television is going on sale! How much will it cost?

In the smart television market, concepts that are completely wireless and lack inputs or physical buttons occasionally appear. One of these, the Displace TV, had drawn great attention with its wireless connectivity and integrated battery technology. According to the announcement made at CES, the wireless television will meet users with two different models: Basic and Pro. Both models feature a 4K OLED screen, with screen sizes ranging from 27 inches to 55 inches. While the base model, Basic, has an Intel N-100 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage capacity, the Pro model offers an Intel N-300 processor, 32GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.

Previously, it was stated that the Displace TV would offer 180 hours of viewing time with four removable batteries. However, this feature has changed. Now, the rechargeable batteries are not replaceable, and there are differences in battery capacity. The Basic model comes with a 5,000 mAh battery, while the Pro model offers a 10,000 mAh capacity battery.

Another innovation is that the television can be easily fixed to any surface without the need for mounting, thanks to its lightweight design. This feature is made possible by the company's proprietary vacuum technology. Additionally, the new models feature hidden pop-up stands. The television's control system has also been improved; the system, which previously only allowed for gesture controls, can now be managed with a touchscreen remote control.

DISPLACE TV PRICE AND RELEASE DATE

The starting price for the Displace TV begins at $2,500 for the 27-inch Basic model and rises to $3,500 for the 55-inch version. For the Pro model, the price is set at $4,000 for the 27-inch version and $6,000 for the 55-inch version. A $1,000 discount opportunity is being offered for pre-orders made during the CES event. Furthermore, the Displace TV is scheduled to go on sale in March 2025.
