Ahmet Çakar: Antalyaspor was slaughtered, Turkish football is rotten

In the 27th week of the Süper Lig, Galatasaray hosted Antalyaspor at home. The Yellow-Reds defeated the Mediterranean team 2-1 with goals from Kerem Aktürkoğlu, securing a critical 3 points and moving to the top of the Süper Lig.

The match, in which Kerem also missed a penalty, was marked by controversial incidents.

Following the match, Ahmet Çakar stated in a post on his social media account that referees are treating teams other than Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe unfairly. Describing what happened as corruption, Çakar used harsh expressions regarding Turkish football and the referees.

Claiming that there was an unfair penalty in the match and that the match was handed to Galatasaray, Çakar used the following expressions:

A night of bankruptcy for Turkish refereeing. FIFA must intervene. All teams except Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe are being treated as mere appetizers.

Galatasaray won the match with an unfair penalty and an 'offside-like' error. Even though Vinicius looked the assistant referee in the face and said 'Fuck Off' multiple times, he remained on the pitch. Antalyaspor has been slaughtered.

Turkish football is rotten and, unfortunately, has become mafia-like!
