The events that took place during the Göztepe vs. Fenerbahçe match, played in the 2nd week of the Süper Lig, continue to remain on the agenda.

In the 50th minute of the match, Ali Koç, who went to the sidelines and then to the stands where Fenerbahçe fans were located due to the claim that fans were not being allowed into the stadium, was attacked on his way back.

Taking action following the events, Ali Koç has filed a criminal complaint against 54 people regarding all incidents that occurred before, during, and after the match.

In a statement made by the Yellow-Navy club, it was stated: "A criminal complaint has been filed by our Club and our President against 54 individuals regarding all events that occurred before, during, and after the match played by our Football Team at the Göztepe Gürsel Aksel Stadium in the 2nd week of the Trendyol Süper Lig. Within the scope of these criminal complaints, while judicial control provisions have been applied to some suspects, proceedings have been initiated against other suspects under Law No. 6222, and precautionary measures have been implemented. Regarding the matter, discussions are also being carefully conducted with the Turkish Football Federation, and the process is being followed."
