Application from Galatasaray to the TFF!
Galatasaray, which will travel to face MKE Ankaragücü in the 26th week of the Süper Lig, has filed an application with the TFF requesting that the match not be played at Eryaman Stadium.
Galatasaray has filed an application with the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) requesting that the match against Ankaragücü in the 26th week of the Süper Lig not be played at Eryaman Stadium.
The yellow-red club cited the poor condition of the pitch at Eryaman Stadium, which they argue is not suitable for football, as the reason for their request regarding the MKE Ankaragücü-Galatasaray match, which is scheduled to be played on Sunday, February 18, at 19:00.
It was noted that TFF officials will conduct an inspection at Eryaman Stadium and will announce their decision on whether the match can be played there following this inspection.
Ankaragücü will be playing in front of its home crowd in this Süper Lig match for the first time following the five-match ban imposed by the Professional Football Disciplinary Board due to the incidents that occurred after the Çaykur Rizespor match.
