Young footballer Arda Güler has acquired a luxury villa in Beykoz, Istanbul, for 3 million dollars and plans to spend an additional 2 million dollars on renovations.
Real Madrid and Turkish National Football Team's young talent Arda Güler has purchased a 3 million dollar villa in Acarkent, Beykoz, one of Istanbul's prestigious districts. The price of this luxury residence corresponds to approximately 116 million 579 thousand TL.
Arda Güler's new home is 5 stories high and features a 7+2 room layout. The villa's spacious living room, airy kitchen, and impressive view stand out. Additionally, this residence, which also includes a large swimming pool, is spread over an area of 1000 square meters.
RENOVATION AND DUES DETAILS
It is stated that the young footballer will spend an additional 2 million dollars to have extensive renovations carried out on the villa. The monthly maintenance fee for this luxury living space has been announced as 14 thousand TL. Initially offered for sale at 133 million TL, the villa was sold to Arda Güler at a more favorable price following negotiations.
