Barisic and Lundstram arrive in Trabzon

The footballers, who underwent medical examinations in Istanbul, answered questions from journalists at Trabzon Airport, where they arrived in the evening.

Stating that they are happy about the transfer, Barisic said, "John and I are walking around here with smiling faces. We are truly very happy and excited to be here."

Explaining that the transfer process was very easy, Barisic stated, "It was completed quickly because both sides intended for the transfer to happen. When Trabzonspor reached out to me, I said I wanted to be here. I also told my agent that I wanted to reach an agreement."

Lundstram expressed that he was incredibly happy due to the warm welcome, saying, "I can't wait to get started. I really wasn't expecting this many people. Seeing so many people here makes me happy and motivated as well."

Emphasizing that the transfer process moved quickly, Lundstram noted, "Before coming, I spoke with my friend Rıdvan Yılmaz. I had information about both the city and the fans. I can say that the whole country has truly crazy fans. After Rıdvan's thoughts, I felt very good about coming here and I came."

Lundstram, one of the footballers who left the airport accompanied by the chants of the burgundy-blue fans, led a traditional 'üçlü' chant at the request of the supporters.

The footballers then went to the Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Facilities.
