Beşiktaş's friendly match against Dinamo Zagreb has been cancelled
The match that Beşiktaş, which is continuing its new season preparations in the city of Maribor, Slovenia, was set to play against Croatian representative Dinamo Zagreb has been cancelled due to heavy rainfall.
Shortly before the match the black-and-white team was scheduled to play against the Croatian side at Lendava Stadium, it was decided that the game would not be played following the start of rain and heavy hail.
It was noted that dribbling the ball became difficult due to the accumulation of rainwater on the pitch.

Following an assessment by both teams, the match was cancelled.

The Beşiktaş delegation, which left the stadium, saw head coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst decide to hold a training match at the hotel where they are staying for the camp.
