Beşiktaş's new head coach Fernando Santos is arriving in Istanbul! Time announced
Beşiktaş had reached an agreement with Portuguese coach Fernando Santos for the head coaching position. Santos will be in Istanbul today.
Süper Lig team Beşiktaş announced that following the agreement reached with Portuguese head coach Fernando Santos, the experienced manager will arrive in Istanbul at 20:30.
In the statement made on the club's official social media account, it was stated: "Our Head Coach Mr. Fernando Santos, along with his assistants, will be at Istanbul Airport today (Monday) at 20:30.
A signing ceremony for Fernando Santos and his technical staff will be held tomorrow (Tuesday, January 9) at 12:00 at the Tüpraş Stadium Fashion Center, with the participation of our President Hasan Arat. Following the ceremony, our President Hasan Arat will provide detailed information about our history to Fernando Santos and his team in a private (closed to the press) session at the Beşiktaş Museum.
The signing ceremony will be broadcast live by Beşiktaş JK Corporate Media to Turkey and abroad with simultaneous translations in Turkish, English, and Portuguese.
Members of the press will be admitted to the signing ceremony with accreditation via the Tüpraş Stadium athlete entrance."
