Statement from Beşiktaş President Hasan Arat regarding the new head coach

Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club President Hasan Arat visited Anıtkabir following the elections. After the visit, President Arat walked with fans to Anıtpark, located next to Anıtkabir, where he took souvenir photos and joined in the fans' chants. President Arat later made statements to members of the press.

Emphasizing that the visit to Anıtkabir is valuable for Beşiktaş, Hasan Arat said, "Beşiktaş is a community that has been involved in a very important struggle in the founding of the Republic of Turkey. I thank my entire community and my friends for coming here. The young people here are the guardians of the Republic. Beşiktaş will always continue to serve this country for its state and nation. It will be at the service of its nation and state. Beşiktaş will always be the guardian of the Republic with its youth."

"I WILL TRY TO OVERCOME DIFFICULT GOALS"

Speaking about the intense interest he received from Beşiktaş fans, President Arat noted the following:

"This affection creates a great sense of humility and a great responsibility for me and my friends. We will try to be worthy of this responsibility. Our community is a very large community. Our youth have dreams and goals. We will do everything in our power for their dreams and goals. Our job is not easy, we know this. We have taken on a difficult task. Today, our visit to our Ata gave us great strength. As Beşiktaş, we are a community that can overcome difficulties. We will look at our goals ahead. Difficult goals are the work of leaders. I, too, will try to overcome these difficult goals on behalf of my community."

SEARCH FOR A HEAD COACH CONTINUES

When reminded of the search for a head coach at Beşiktaş, Arat stated, "We decided not to talk about this during our visit to our Ata today. Our work is ongoing. Today is a very special day. We will provide information on this soon."
