A massive 1.18 billion TL deal from Beşiktaş

The collaboration between Beşiktaş JK and Tüpraş has been continued with a new contract. The parties have decided to extend the stadium naming rights and advertising agreement for three more seasons.

According to the agreement, the black-and-white club will generate a total of 1 billion 180 million lira from the deal, which will be valid until the end of the 2028-2029 season. The club also announced that it has collected the payment for the three seasons in advance.

If the performance criteria specified in the contract are met, Beşiktaş also has the right to earn an additional bonus of up to 51.2 million lira.

The following statements were included in the announcement made by Beşiktaş:

''A stadium naming rights and advertising contract covering three seasons, effective from the 2026-2027 season, has been signed between our Company and Türkiye Petrol Rafinerileri A.Ş. (Tüpraş). The contract value for the 2026/27, 2027/28, and 2028/29 seasons is a total of 1.18 billion TL + VAT, and the entire amount will be paid in advance. Furthermore, in the event that the success conditions specified in the contract are met, a success bonus of 51.2 million TL + VAT will be paid for the 2026-2027 season; in the following seasons, the success bonus amount will be determined by adding the annual CPI rate announced by TUIK to the previous season's bonus''
