Breaking news... Turkish teams' European matches will be broadcast free-to-air for 3 seasons.
UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League matches will be broadcast on TRT channels and the TRT digital platform tabii for 3 seasons.
Turkish teams' European matches will be broadcast free-to-air on TRT 1 and TRT Spor.
TRT will host the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League matches to be held in the 2024-2025, 2025-2026, and 2026-2027 seasons.
STATEMENT FROM TRT
TRT Director General Mehmet Zahid Sobacı made the following statement after this development: "TRT has become the sole broadcaster of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Europa Conference League matches for 3 seasons.
We are very pleased to experience and share this first in TRT's history. As Turkey's public broadcaster, it is a source of pride for us to spread the excitement of football to every corner of our country. We will continue to work with all our might to bring tournaments in every branch of sports, along with football, to our viewers. Best of luck to everyone."
