Breathtaking matches at EURO 2024: Romania leads, surprise for Ukraine
In the third week of EURO 2024 Group E matches, Slovakia and Romania drew 1-1, while Ukraine and Belgium played to a 0-0 draw in the group's other match.
EURO 2024 Group E concluded with two breathtaking matches. The contest between Slovakia and Romania ended in a 1-1 draw. Slovakia took the lead in the 24th minute with a goal from Ondrej Duda. Romania responded to this goal in the 37th minute with a penalty from Razvan Marin.
The match between Belgium and Ukraine ended goalless.

BELGIUM MATCHED WITH FRANCE
Following these results, Belgium was matched with France in the Round of 16.
Group leader Romania will face the team that finishes 3rd in Group C or D.
Slovakia, which finished the group in 3rd place, will face either Spain or England after all group stage matches are completed.
