Bursaspor targets referees: 'A deliberate operation'

Bursaspor Club issued a statement on its official website regarding referees, stating, "When referees appointed from regions close to the opposing teams are added to all the errors made, it has become inevitable to think that this is a deliberate operation."

"THE THOUGHT THAT IT IS A DELIBERATE OPERATION HAS BECOME INEVITABLE"

The statement made by Bursaspor Club is as follows:

“Although we have expressed our reaction before, it is no longer possible to accept the refereeing errors that continue to increase against our club without any improvement as mere mistakes. When referees appointed from regions close to the opposing teams are added to all the errors made, it has become inevitable to think that this is a deliberate operation. Indeed, it is thought-provoking that refereeing errors have intensified, especially in recent weeks and after the lawsuits filed by Bursaspor to defend its rights and the injunctions placed on its real estate. The lawsuits filed also closely concern individuals who have left Bursa and reached certain positions within the TFF, and we are carefully monitoring the close contact of the parties to the lawsuit with these individuals. The fact that those who cannot defend themselves legally on the path Bursaspor has taken to seek its rights are trying to harm our club through initiatives before the TFF and the MHK stems from their belief that they can only escape these lawsuits if the club is shut down. All parties should know that Bursaspor Club will continue its struggle to the end, despite all obstacles, both on and off the pitch.”
