Change in Beşiktaş squad ahead of Ankaragücü match

There has been a change to the training camp squad for Beşiktaş, which will host Ankaragücü in front of its home crowd in the 33rd week of the Süper Lig. In a statement from Beşiktaş, it was announced that Umut Meraş was removed from the squad, while Emrecan Terzi was added.

Change in Beşiktaş squad ahead of Ankaragücü match

In Beşiktaş, Umut Meraş has been removed from the squad for the MKE Ankaragücü match to be played in the Süper Lig, while Serkan Emrecan Terzi has been added to the squad.

The statement from the black-and-white club read: "Our player Umut Meraş has left our team's training camp at the BJK Nevzat Demir Facilities for the MKE Ankaragücü match, with the knowledge and permission of our technical staff, to be with his wife Merve Meraş, who has been taken to the hospital to give birth. Following Umut Meraş's departure from the camp, our player Serkan Emrecan Terzi, who was identified as being at high risk in the upper left thigh (adductor) region, has been included in the squad for the MKE Ankaragücü match at his own request and with the approval of our technical team."
