Changes to certain TFF regulations
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has made changes to certain disciplinary regulations ahead of the new season.
According to the changes published on the TFF's website, modifications have been made to the enforcement of red cards.
Players will serve the suspension for red cards they receive in the subsequent official match or matches. Previously, suspensions of up to 4 matches were applicable only in the category where the violation occurred.
The other change concerns player contracts. Accordingly, clubs will be required to report all earnings and expenditures, such as signing bonuses, image rights, and housing provided, in the contracts they sign with players to the TFF.
In the event that earnings and expenditures not submitted to the TFF are detected, a fine equal to half of the undisclosed amount will be imposed.
