Club official who attacked referee Atilla Karaoğlan referred to PFDK
The TFF has referred Antalyaspor President Sinan Boztepe and club official Abdulkadir Aydın to the PFDK for attacking the referee during the Antalyaspor-Hatayspor match. It was stated that Boztepe was referred under various disciplinary articles, while Aydın was referred with precautionary measures for assault and insults.
The TFF has announced the PFDK referrals for the 3rd week of the Süper Lig.
The bodyguard of Antalyaspor President Sinan Boztepe, who attacked the referee of the Antalyaspor-Hatayspor match, Atilla Karaoğlan, has been referred to the PFDK.
The statement made by the TFF included the following:
''It has been decided to refer Antalyaspor Club President Sinan Boztepe to the PFDK with precautionary measures effective from 27.08.2024 due to his 'actions contrary to instructions' in the Antalyaspor-Hatayspor Süper Lig match played on 25.08.2024, in accordance with Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction and Article 7/1 of the Accreditation Instruction; due to his 'unsportsmanlike conduct' in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction; due to his 'threats' in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction; and due to his 'insults in the referee dressing room corridors' in accordance with Article 39 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction,
It has been decided to refer Antalyaspor Club official Abdulkadir Aydın to the PFDK with precautionary measures effective from 27.08.2024 due to his 'actions contrary to instructions' in the same match, in accordance with Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction and Article 7/1 of the Accreditation Instruction; due to his 'assault' in accordance with Article 44 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction; and due to his 'insults' in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction.''
