Countdown begins for the Bodrum Half Marathon
The countdown has begun for the 7th Bodrum Half Marathon, which will be held this year on October 4-5-6.
Bodrum is preparing to host the Bodrum Half Marathon. The excitement of the half marathon will be experienced on October 4-5-6 with the slogan 'Running in Bodrum Feels Good'.
Beyond being a race, the marathon, which takes place in a festival atmosphere every year, will be run on 3 separate courses.
In the race, which will be held with the contributions of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Bodrum District Governorship, and the Turkish Athletics Federation, plaques made with the handmade work of special children at the Bodrum Health Foundation Health Workshop will be presented to the athletes who place.
Race excitement on 3 separate courses
The Bodrum Half Marathon will offer participants race excitement on 3 separate courses. In the organization, the start of the 21K, 10K, and 5K courses will be given from Bodrum Square. On the 21K course, athletes will continue in the direction of the marina and reach the historic Myndos Gate. After a small coastal tour via Bitez and Konacık, they will come side by side on the steps of the Ancient Theater. Passing Kumbahçe Beach, the racers will turn from İçmeler and reach the finish line.
On the 10K course, athletes who reach the historic Myndos Gate from the marina direction will come to the Ancient Theater with a view of Bodrum. Passing the old Bodrum direction, Bodrum Harbor, and the famous bar street, the racers will compete to reach the finish line.
On the 5K course, racers who reach the historic Myndos Gate from the marina direction will come side by side on the steps of the Ancient Theater and see the finish line with a view of Bodrum.
