Courtois leaves the game to try and catch a mouse
A mouse that entered the pitch during the Group J match between Wales and Belgium left its mark on the game, and especially on goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
In the World Cup European Qualifiers Group J, Wales hosted Belgium. The match ended with a 4-2 victory for the visiting team. However, the most talked-about moment of the match did not come from the goals, but from a mouse that entered the pitch.
COURTOIS COULD NOT CATCH THE MOUSE
A small mouse that entered the pitch during the second half of the match quickly became the center of attention. Thibaut Courtois, the star goalkeeper for the Belgian national team and Real Madrid, made several attempts to catch the mouse but was unsuccessful.
