David Neres robbed at gunpoint after match: Watch and 25,000 Euros stolen

David Neres, who transferred to Napoli from Benfica, experienced one of the biggest shocks of his life immediately after the 2-1 victory against Parma in Serie A.

After the match, the Neres couple, who boarded a van to return to their hotel, unexpectedly became the target of armed attackers.

According to reports in the Italian press, the attackers broke the van's window, pointed a gun at Neres, and demanded the watch on his wrist.

Neres took off his watch and handed it to the attackers. The robbers, who also stole 25,000 Euros from the star player, then fled the scene on a motorcycle.

The Brazilian star, who was targeted by the thieves, stated on his social media account: "I apologize to all the fans who were waiting for us outside the stadium. While returning home, we were robbed. Two men on a motorcycle broke the van's window and stole a watch from us at gunpoint."
