El Clasico VAR audio released!

In the 32nd week of La Liga, Real Madrid defeated Barcelona 3-2 at home. The moment that left its mark on the match was when Real Madrid goalkeeper Lunin cleared the ball from the goal line following a shot by Lamine Yamal

After a long VAR review, it was concluded that there was no evidence that the ball had completely crossed the line, and play continued with a corner kick.

The Spanish Football Federation has released the VAR audio of the controversial incident in El Clasico.

VAR referee Sanchez Martinez told match referee Soto Grado, "There is no evidence that the ball has completely crossed the line."

WE HAVE BEEN VICTIMS SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON

Stating that he is not someone who defends the use of VAR but that it must always be used fairly because it is a reality in football, Laporta said, "We believe this position was a goal. If our thinking is confirmed after the audio from the Federation and the Technical Committee of Referees is released, we will go further and exercise our right to take legal action and may request a replay of the match."

The Barcelona Club President claimed that they have been victims of refereeing errors since the beginning of the season.

Speaking at a press conference after the match, which Real Madrid won 3-2, Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez had described the decision to disallow the goal in the incident as "shameful."
