Speaking to the YouTube channel Futbol Plus, Belözoğlu said, "I thought it was a banking transaction and that I was making an investment. Once I realized it was something else, we went to court. The moment we learned that the papers and receipts we received had no equivalent at the bank, we filed our complaint. The date promised to us hadn't even arrived yet... There are documents with the signatures of the bank manager and her assistant. The legal processes are ongoing. I met Seçil Erzan face-to-face only once. I didn't know her before making the investment. The whole process lasted a total of 1 month."

STATEMENT ON FARUK KOCA

Speaking about the sports agenda, Emre Belözoğlu said the following regarding former Ankaragücü President Faruk Koca, who punched referee Halil Umut Meler:
