Süper Lig team Fatih Karagümrük has denied reports appearing in the press today regarding TFF President Mehmet Büyükekşi.
Süper Lig team Fatih Karagümrük stated that the report in question does not reflect the truth and that claims suggesting they do not want the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President are incorrect.
In reports published in the press today, it was alleged that there were 3 clubs that did not want TFF President Mehmet Büyükekşi and that one of these teams was Fatih Karagümrük.
Making a statement on its social media account regarding the matter, Fatih Karagümrük denied the report in question.
The statement from the Istanbul team included the following: "We believe that this situation stems from an attempt by a person or persons who consider themselves tasked with leaking information to the TFF and the media to seek personal gain from the consequences of the report."
