Fenerbahçe announces general assembly meeting decision to the KAP!

Fenerbahçe Club has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that an extraordinary general assembly meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 2.

The statement made by the yellow-navy club to the KAP is as follows:

"The Board of Directors' Decision No. 2024/7 of the Club, the controlling shareholder of our Company, was notified to our Company on 19.03.2024, and we present the decision taken to the information of the public.

The decisions taken by the Fenerbahçe Sports Club Board of Directors on 18.03.2024 are as follows.

1- Pursuant to Article 20, paragraph two, clause (c) of our Statutes, upon the request of the entire Board of Directors, to hold an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting with the following agenda; to hold the meeting on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 17:00 at the address of Ülker Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex, Kadıköy, Istanbul; and in the event that the necessary quorum is not reached, to hold the meeting on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the same place and time, with the same agenda, without seeking a quorum,

Agenda:

1- Opening,

2- Election of the General Assembly Presidential Board,

3- Moment of Silence,

4- National Anthem,

5- Evaluation of the actions to be taken, including the withdrawal of our Football A Team from the Süper Lig, based on the events that occurred during the Süper Lig match played on the night of March 17, 2024, and recent developments in Turkish football,

6- Closing.

it has been decided unanimously by the participants."
