Fenerbahçe announces new signing
Fenerbahçe has announced the signing of young Senegalese footballer Amara Diouf. A 5-year contract has been signed with the 18-year-old left winger.
Fenerbahçe continues to strengthen its squad with young and promising players. In a statement released by the club, it was announced that the transfer of Senegalese player Amara Diouf has been finalized. It was stated that a 5-season contract has been signed with the 18-year-old footballer.
Amara Diouf previously drew attention with his goals in the U17 Africa Cup of Nations, where he also celebrated winning the top scorer award. In 2023, he led his team to the championship by winning the Africa Cup with the Senegal U17 national team, a success that put him on the radar of European clubs.
The signing ceremony took place at the Fenerbahçe club headquarters, with club management members Barış Karagöz, Savaş Adalet, and Volkan Akan also in attendance.
In the statement made by Fenerbahçe, it was emphasized that Diouf's development would be meticulously supported through a special program.
