Important win for Fenerbahçe Beko in the race for the top 4
In a rescheduled EuroLeague Round 17 game, French side Paris Basketball faced off against Fenerbahçe Beko.
Fenerbahçe Beko secured a highly critical victory in their pursuit of a top-4 finish by defeating Paris Basketball 87-83 on the road.
For the yellow-and-navies, Marko Guduric with 16 points, Nigel Hayes-Davis with 14 points, and Tarık Biberovic with 14 points played a major role in the win.
For the French side, Tj Shorts' 22 points and Nadir Hifi's 15 points were not enough to prevent the defeat.
Having secured their 18th win of the season in the EuroLeague, Fenerbahçe maintained their 2nd place standing and achieved a significant victory in their quest for the top 4.
Paris Basketball finished the week with 16 wins and 11 losses.
