Fenerbahçe Beko keeps the streak alive!
In the 21st round of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, Fenerbahçe Beko defeated Bayern Munich 98-91, securing their third consecutive victory.
The Fenerbahçe Beko Men's Basketball Team defeated German representative Bayern Munich 98-91 in overtime after the regulation period ended in an 81-81 tie during the 21st round of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.
Fenerbahçe Beko started the match well, extending the lead to double digits (19-8) with a basket from Sestina in the 5th minute. Bayern Munich recovered quickly, using contributions from their bench to cut the lead to 2 points by the 9th minute: 22-20. The first period ended in a 22-22 tie.
In the second quarter, which began with baskets from both sides, the yellow-navy team tried to be effective in the paint with their big men. While the visitors relied on set plays to score against the yellow-navy team, who found points through Motley's effective play under the basket in the final stretch, the guests went into the locker room leading 39-38.

Fenerbahçe Beko could not capitalize on their final possession, and the regulation period ended in an 81-81 tie.
Starting the overtime period with a 5-0 run, Fenerbahçe Beko led 90-84 in the 44th minute with scoring contributions from Pierre. Making no mistakes in the final stretch, the yellow-navy team left the court with a 98-91 victory.
The top scorer of the match was Wilbekin, who produced 30 points in a Fenerbahçe Beko jersey.
With this result, Fenerbahçe Beko secured their third consecutive win and their 13th victory overall.
