Statement on 'stars' from Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç! Will they be on the jerseys next season?
Speaking at the signing ceremony for the sponsorship deal with Adidas, Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç stated that they have signed the highest-budget sponsorship agreement in the history of Turkish sports. Koç also made a statement regarding whether there will be stars on the jerseys in the new season.
Fenerbahçe Sports Club held a signing ceremony for its new sponsorship agreement with Adidas.
Within the scope of the agreement, the Yellow-Navy club's football, basketball, and volleyball teams will be on the field with jerseys and equipment designed by Adidas for the next five years.
Club President Ali Koç made important statements at the ceremony, saying, "Today, we are signing the highest-budget agreement in the history of Turkish sports here."
Koç stated that they will not use stars on the crest on their jerseys in the 2025-2026 season either.
Koç noted the following:
"We are here at the signing ceremony for Fenerbahçe, which represents Turkish sports most strongly, and Adidas to come together once again after many years. All our teams will take the field and compete against their rivals with special designs prepared by Adidas for the first time.
Adidas and Fenerbahçe are joining forces in three different branches for the first time. This is the most effective reflection of Fenerbahçe's globalization in three separate branches. We are signing the highest-budget agreement in the history of Turkish sports."
Our new jerseys will go on sale on July 1st. All our teams will take the field in Adidas jerseys for 5 years. The situation will also be the same in our youth categories. These jerseys will leave their mark on the coming years and bring success."
