Fenerbahçe squad arrives in Istanbul following eventful Trabzonspor match! Welcomed by approximately 2,000 fans

Fenerbahçe, who defeated Trabzonspor 3-2 away in the 30th week of the Süper Lig, was unable to leave the locker room for a long time due to the incidents that occurred after the match.

The Yellow-Navy Blue squad, which arrived at Sabiha Gökçen Airport on a private plane from Trabzon under extensive security measures due to the events at the end of the match, was welcomed by a crowd of approximately 2,000 fans.

The yellow-navy blue fans, who arrived at the airport hours in advance, boosted the players' morale with chants as the team exited.

One of the team captains, Mert Hakan Yandaş, said in a speech to the fans at the airport, "We thank you all for coming here at this hour of the night. The Fenerbahçe crest will never fall to the ground anywhere you and we are present. The greatness of Fenerbahçe is not about championships or trophies. Whatever the end of this season may be, I am proud of everyone on this team. We love you all very much."

After the players, technical staff, and executives greeted the fans, they left the area on the bus reserved for them.
