FIFA imposes sanctions on Süper Lig teams! They will be unable to make transfers...
FIFA has drawn attention to financial problems in Turkish football by imposing transfer bans on Kayserispor and Eyüpspor.
Following the transfer ban previously applied to Antalyaspor, FIFA has penalized two more clubs competing in the Süper Lig. Kayserispor and Eyüpspor have lost the ability to make transfers in accordance with FIFA's decisions.
In September, Antalyaspor's transfer window was closed due to debts owed to Erdal Rakip. Now, Kayserispor and Eyüpspor have faced FIFA sanctions due to similar financial issues. Both clubs have two files that need to be resolved before the winter transfer window.
Kayserispor stands out as the only team in the Süper Lig that has yet to secure a win. Having collected only 5 points after 8 weeks, Kayserispor sits in 17th place in the league. Eyüpspor, which has the same number of points, parted ways with head coach Selçuk Şahin following poor results.
