Fireworks attack on the hotel where the Turkish National Team is staying in Kosovo

Our A National Football Team, which will be a guest of Kosovo in the play-off final that holds critical importance on the road to the 2026 World Cup, retreated to their hotel to wait for match time after completing their preparations in Pristina. However, an unexpected incident occurred around 02:30 at night. The hotel where the national players were resting was targeted with fireworks.
KOSOVAR HOOLIGANS ATTACKED
In this harassment attempt carried out at midnight, it was observed that fireworks were aimed directly at the hotel building. It is alleged that the act, which is estimated to have been carried out to disturb the crescent-star players, was organized by Kosovar hooligans. It also drew attention that images of the attack were shared on social media by many Kosovar fans with "victory oath" messages.
On the other hand, the fact that no security measures were taken at the hotel where the attack took place and its surroundings became a subject of criticism.
