The burgundy-blue club shared the news of Zubkov's transfer to AEK with the public.
In the announcement made by the club, it was stated, "An agreement has been reached regarding the permanent transfer of our professional football player Oleksandr Zubkov to AEK Club."
According to the notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was reported that AEK will pay a transfer fee of 4 million euros to Trabzonspor, and in addition, a performance-based bonus of 500 thousand euros is included in the transfer package. Furthermore, if Zubkov is sold to another team in the future, 10 percent of the transfer fee obtained will be transferred to Trabzonspor.
The 29-year-old Zubkov, who played in a total of 37 matches for Trabzonspor this season, found the back of the net 4 times and contributed to his team with 12 assists.
