Flash move from Galatasaray following TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu's remarks

Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu’s statements on TRT Spor have become the main agenda of the sports community.

Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek, following TFF President Hacıosmanoğlu's remarks, had stated: "The President of the Turkish Football Federation has openly threatened me on live television with the insolent statements he made this evening. I came to this honorable position ready to fight to the end against those who reach out to Galatasaray's rights and ready to pay any price for it.''

According to the report by Sözcü, the Galatasaray front has taken action following TFF President Hacıosmanoğlu's words: "In 2015, our name was linked to a gambler president. For some reason, the same footage is being circulated in 2024. Those who spread this footage are clear, they are FETÖ accounts. But the accounts using this in Turkey are wearing Galatasaray jerseys."

The Yellow-Red club will prepare a file regarding Hacıosmanoğlu due to his insinuating remarks and file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office.

WHAT DID TFF PRESIDENT HACIOSMANOĞLU SAY?

İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu had used the following expressions regarding Galatasaray:
