Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe fans clashed in the İnegöl district of Bursa. Police intervened after Fenerbahçe fans threw stones and fireworks at the vehicles of Galatasaray fans who were out for a championship celebration tour.
As the championship race between the two arch-rivals in the Süper Lig continued until the final week, league leaders Galatasaray clinched the title with a victory over Konyaspor.
Following the final whistle of both matches, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray fans spread out into the district center.
When Galatasaray fans celebrating the championship and Fenerbahçe fans came face to face, police attempted to disperse both sets of supporters to prevent any incidents.
Police teams intervened against Fenerbahçe fans who were throwing stones and fireworks at the vehicles of Galatasaray fans out for the championship celebration. The fans, who fled from the police in the district center, were brought under control with difficulty.
