Galatasaray announces new signing!

Galatasaray Ekmas has made another addition to its backcourt rotation. The yellow-red team has added American player Parker Jackson-Cartwright to its roster. In a statement regarding the matter on the club's website, it was stated: "Galatasaray has strengthened its squad by signing 180 cm tall American point guard Parker Jackson-Cartwright to a contract through the end of the 2024-2025 season, with an option that can be activated in June. We welcome Parker Jackson-Cartwright, who most recently played for the New Zealand league team New Zealand Breakers, to the Galatasaray Family and wish him a year full of success in our jersey."

The 28-year-old basketball player has played in Europe for Cheshire Phoenix, Saint-Quentin, Telekom Baskets Bonn, ASVEL, and Beşiktaş.

Most recently signing with the New Zealand Breakers in the summer of 2023, Jackson-Cartwright averaged 20.6 points, 5.8 assists, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.9 steals in 30 games played in the NBL this season.
