Galatasaray leaves Trabzonspor away match with a victory
In the big match played in the 35th week of the Super Lig, Galatasaray defeated Trabzonspor in their away game.
In the match played at Papara Park, Trabzonspor came very close to scoring in the 38th minute. Edin Visca, who met the ball in the penalty area following a pass from Lundstram, fired a shot from the right diagonal, but Fernando Muslera closed his goal to the attempt; Muslera then made another critical save on the rebound from Batista Mendy's shot.

There were no more goals in the remainder of the match, and Galatasaray left this difficult game with a 2-0 victory, adding 3 points to their tally.

With this victory, Galatasaray increased their points to 86 and finished the week at the top, 8 points ahead of their closest rival, Fenerbahçe. Trabzonspor, remaining at 46 points, is in 8th place.
Galatasaray will host Kayserispor next week in the league, while Trabzonspor will be the guest of Bodrum FK.
