The yellow-red clubissued a statement:"Following the

Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe match on 19.05.2024, the events that took place at Ali Sami Yen Sports Complex RAMS Parkregardingthe incidents that took place, Stadium Operations Director Ali Çelikkıran filed a complaint against Mert Hakan Yandaş, Jayden Quinn Oosterwolde, Hulusi Belgü, Emre Kartal, and Ertuğrul Karanlık, alleging that these individuals committed the crime of causing injuryresulting in bone fractures,as heard in the Istanbul 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance, case number 2024/1067. The decision dated 15.01.2026has been finalized.

We are watchingwith astonishment the new perception game launched on social media by Fenerbahçe Sports Club immediately after this case, in which their executives, players, and staffreceived sentences.

The attempt todisguise the sentences received by individuals who attacked their hostswhere they were guests like a pack of banditsin an attempt to overshadowtheproceedings,a photograph inadvertently takenby our board memberis being made an issue.

However,the purpose of the hearingnone of the defendantsattending the hearing,nor any attorneys, court members, or spectators are visible in thephotograph being used todistract the public agenda, thereby attempting toovershadow the serious actions of the defendants and the sentences they receivedby trying to obscureis to attempt. Those who try to cast suspicion on ourboard member willnot achieve their goal.

Those who have brought Turkish football to a dire point are todayindependent TTurkish judiciaryhas punished them as they deserve. This is the essence of the matter."
