Galatasaray and Beşiktaş faced off in the derby match played in the 10th week of the Süper Lig.

Galatasaray found the opening goal in the 13th minute of the match played at RAMS Park. From a free kick taken by Gabriel Sara, the Yellow-Reds' Colombian center-back Davinson Sanchez headed the ball into the net to give his team a 1-0 lead.
