According to the report by Sözcü, a significant increase has been observed in the number of congress members signing for an extraordinary general assembly after Galatasaray declared its championship.

The report stated that the number of congress members who have signed has exceeded 8 thousand.

In a statement he made in recent days, Ali Koç had indicated that if the required number of signatures is reached, the period for heading to an election is 7-8 weeks. If sufficient signatures are collected, the election decision taken for September will lose its validity, and the extraordinary elective general assembly will be held at an earlier date.
