According to a report by NtvSpor, with 17,161 ticketed fans filling the stadium, Göztepe moved ahead of many teams in the Süper Lig. For instance, the Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match played last week was watched by 37,161 ticketed spectators.
When examining the attendance figures of other Süper Lig teams besides Göztepe, the data is as follows:
Beşiktaş played its home match against Antalyaspor in front of 15,853 ticketed fans. The Adana Demirspor-Sivasspor match was watched by 8,898 people. League leaders Galatasaray played their away match against Kasımpaşa in front of 7,454 fans.
